I was having a steering problem with my 2012 Terrain. Dan Fielder, Service Manager, took a test ride and diagnosed the problem. He ordered the parts for the solution. The prices are more than competitive with the "mechanic on the corner" and I know that my Buick is being attended to by factory trained technicians. It's a no-brainer for me. More
