I found Neil Simon to be excellent in all areas of customer service. He very personable and goes out of his way to follow-up with customers to make sure any problem they have has a solution. My only disappointment was with the sales person, Jeff young. Once I signed the contract there was no attempt to solve my concerns with the car I just purchased. After calling on the phone to schedule an appt for service, Mark was able to find me a convenient appointment around my schedule. While servicing a problem, he was good about calling to inform me of s service, Mark was able to find me a convenient appointment around my schedule. Since the work was going to take longer, he offered me a loaner car which was crucial to allow me to leave my Terrain for repairs. When I picked up my car, all of the work was explained to me and to my surprise, the car had been vacuumed and cleaned. This was above what I had expected. More
