I bought my preowned Buick Enclave 6 days ago and there were a couple issues I wanted corrected once I bought the car. Mark scheduled for me to bring in my car yesterday for the repairs. His service was were a couple issues I wanted corrected once I bought the car. Mark scheduled for me to bring in my car yesterday for the repairs. His service was outstanding. He was very polite, arranged for me to get a courtesy car so my day would not be disturbed or I would not be inconvenienced. Everything was done in a very timely manner so that I was able to make all of my appointments on time. He kept me abreast of the repairs being done during the day and informed me at what time my vehicle would be ready. He also got my car detailed before it was returned to me and I received my vehicle at the stated time. We went over the repairs together to ensure that everything was done to my satisfaction. I live in West Palm Beach and there are dealerships closer to me but due to the excellent service that I receive I would travel the long distance. More
