I purchased my Buick as a used car 2 years ago, it went thru a very serious storm in Iowa called a Derecho. Brought the car into the Dealership, talked with Mark Willis, he tok control of the situation and I have not had any complaints about the repair or his understanding of any of my service issues. Mark has always been the utmost professional service writer I've had the experience dealing with on any issues. Gerald Duchatelier is outstanding. He is very efficient and thorough. The minute I walked in, he was there every step of the way to make sure the requested service was performed on my car. Triple A dropped my Denali off at about 4:30 yesterday Jan 7. We were passing through town and did not know a soul. The parts were in stock. Bob and his mechanics stayed an hour after closing time and Jan 7. We were passing through town and did not know a soul. The parts were in stock. Bob and his mechanics stayed an hour after closing time and had us on the road by 6PM. They went the extra mile after what was a along day for us all. Went one month ago to see if this 2013 needed service since it had 3000 plus miles on it.... Told to bring it back when I got some more on it.... Planning a 200 mile trip so i brought it in.....
