Thomas West is the best! My husband had an appt. for service on his car and I went in to ask Thomas about a couple features on my new car. He came out and sat in the car with us and went over the items in question. He is always very positive, helpful, and friendly. We have purchased three cars with Thomas as our sales rep. and have been very pleased with the service and follow-up he has provided. We have contacted Mark Willis in the Service department for years, and he has always been friendly, and explained what the problem was, and suggested the proper repair. More
GMC truck owners beware I came in for a 25 dollar oil change and tire pressure check ( 2009 GMC Sierra truck which I bought new.) with a coupon they sent me ,,,They were c I came in for a 25 dollar oil change and tire pressure check ( 2009 GMC Sierra truck which I bought new.) with a coupon they sent me ,,,They were courteous and at took me in right away ... Then after 30 minutes the service man came in and said that I need to have various fluid level changed and checked and showed me a estimate for $805 dollars,,, Not sure but I was schocked or went into OMG mode...They said i needed to top off gear fluid and various other levels and change fluids with only 36,500 miles on odometer..I recently had my truck checked in Greenwich, Ct. I knew mostly all was ok except for engine oil which needed to be changed..I settled for brake fluid change, and coolant flush, and New coolant.. Total was now $347 dollars,,Still outrageous ..and they agreed to top of all gear fluids..( was not reflected in bill) I did get a 15 dollar coupon discount but total labor was $183 dollars , brake fluid and oils $118..I never had any problems with this truck and most of my miles are highway miles and I do very little towing, My 5500 pound sailboat and 2500 pound trailer twice a year about 30 miles each years.,, My point and most know that after warranty you simply cannot go to a dealer for above reasons,,,!!! IF I were GMC they should get out of Truck bsuiness because if you bring in a perfectly good running truck in near mint condition and get handed an $805 estimated bill, WOW can you imagine if i had serious problems what my bill would be.. Previouly in 2014 I came in for balancing my tires, on my GMC truck with only 18,000 miles but the service man said they cannot be balanced due to minor cracking lines on sidewalls which they referred to as dry rot...OMG the first time,,I agreed to buying a new set of tires for $900 dollars,, In my opinion I thought the tries were fine and its not uncommon for truck tires to show a little cracking on firewalls due to large size of tires and also rather a common problem with Japaneese rubber compounds...2 times I have come into this dealer and gotten a huge bill which makes me question what is going on with their service pricing .....Moral !! Owner beware and if you are off warranty you really need to go elsewhere ..and may explain why so many are distrustful of Dealers in this country ..In case of need my other car is a 2005 Audi A4 Quatrro Avant wagon, 6spd manual with 1.8 engine, 125, 000 miles Only cost was a mandaotry timing change at 85,000 miles , ( 650 dollars ) and new tires ( 65,000 miles...) P6 tires are great ($750) Otherwise car is perfect and most likely will easily make it to 200,000 miles, On highway this A4 gets 36 mpg and has far superior 4 wheel driving to anything else I have owned including my GMC Sierra , but then again My truck can pull 9000 pounds. I recomend this truck to anyone but keep in mind its a 2009 with V8, 5.3 ,, I average around 17 MPG More

Service adviser Neil Simon sets the bar for what you should expect from a service professional, not only did he address all of our concerns, he actually remedied a situation with our break pedal that a dealership in Fort Lauderdale never addressed. Our Buick was checked out from A-Z. We strongly recommend the entire Delray Buick GMC team from the polite young woman that answered the phone to the technicians that expertly serviced the vehicle. After dealing with another local dealership for years, I was floored to learn that not only can I depend on what this man tells me, but the team of people he works with, Gary Sobel, David and others I only know by face, are all unbelieveably good people! My previous experience with another dealership left me with such a bad taste that I never intended to ever trust a dealership for service again. Mark has proved me wrong! The first time was a check engine light came on, and the fixed the problem immediately. The second time was to get a new tire. Unfortunately I had a blowout while driving. I can't say enough nice things about the way I was treated at the service department. Mark was the gentleman who assisted us both times we were there. He made us feel very welcome, and went above and beyond to make sure we were extremely satisfied. I usually hate waiting for cars to be fixed, but Delray Buick has the cleanest waiting area. I was approached multiple times by staff asking if I needed anything. Mark also visited a few times to give me updates on progress. I will definitely be back, and plan on buying my next car from them due to the exceptional customer service received More
