Delray Buick GMC - Service Center

Everything.... Always I have been dealing with Delray Buick GMC for two years since I moved to south Florida. My brother in law owned Howard Buick GMC in Elmhurst Illinois I have been dealing with Delray Buick GMC for two years since I moved to south Florida. My brother in law owned Howard Buick GMC in Elmhurst Illinois until recently when he sold it. I am predisposed to conclude that every other GMC/ Buick dealership is inferior based on that relationship. I WAS WRONG. The people at Delray have been wonderful to me and my referrals. I have two friends who have purchased new vehicles there in the past couple of years on my recommendation. They have been TOTALLY satisfied with the experience on all metrics including price, service and support and personal relationships that they have made with the salesmen and service writers. As for myself, the service has been outstanding on my 2 year old Acadia. Robert Heinsohn has been my primary contact in service and he has been outstanding. The people in the body shop have done great work outside of the general service issues that Bob and A.J. have dealt with in service. The continuation of the outstanding experience runs the gamut from sales to service. I really didn't think that this could be possible given my familial ties to GMC/ Buick. I would recommend this dealership to anyone seeking to buy or repair a GMC/ Buick product. They always are attentive,honest and most importantly they do not try to up charge me for anything. Stopped for scheduled maintenance. I arrived a few minutes early and they checked me in right away. Alan informed me that there were two recalls that needed to be addressed and that it I arrived a few minutes early and they checked me in right away. Recent service on my 2004 H2 at Delray GM was completed sooner than expected considering the parts that need to be ordered.
