I was waiting in the driveway and told one of the service guys that I had an 8:30 appointment.He went to check & said it was with Frank and he would be out. So I’m waiting & need to get to work. When I see him again & told him I needed to get out of there, he went back and got Scott. Scott took great care of me and got me out by 9:45 so I could get to work. Johnny was very nice but your other staff is very rude. When I came to pick up my car, Johnny was out. I quietly waited at the counter. After 5 minutes I asked the two guys there if they could help me. When I came to pick up my car, Johnny was out. I quietly waited at the counter. After 5 minutes I asked the two guys there if they could help me. Note neither of them even recognized me when I arrived or during my wait. One responded we are busy and will get to you. Neither even looked up. Johnny then came and politely and promptly helped me. But I quickly decided I would not buy the AT4 i was looking at from this dealer. Not first time I have felt I was rudely treated by this dealers service department. More
