The Dealership was excellent. Their service writer Mr Bueno was very helpful and did a great job getting us a rental vehicle while our Encore was being repaired. Apparently every repair part takes six weeks or more to be shipped from Korea. This is ridiculous. I cannot believe General Motors does not stock replacement parts here in the US. Once the warranty has expired and a starter or alternator fails we will not have transportation for six weeks or more. More

Robert Heinsohn has always been my service guy since and is great to work with and is very helpful on everything from breakdowns to general service work. I've never had an issue while working with Robert. I can go anywhere for a less expensive oil change and tire rotation but having an appointment with Robert I know I can drop my truck off and I don't have to worry about anything. That's worth the extra cost. Frank Castagna helped me out once or twice when Robert wasn't available, and he was great to work with. You have a great team back in the service department. More
