John Tambone was an absolute dream. I dreaded having to go through the car buying process until I met John. He even showed additional features and options that will keep my car protected from wear and tear. The test drive sealed the deal for me as John showed various perks and features. I was told before I booked the appointment- $199 to look at AC. I agreed to this charge. At check-out they added a 15% miscellaneous fee (shop charge). This was never discussed or disclosed before it came t at AC. I agreed to this charge. At check-out they added a 15% miscellaneous fee (shop charge). This was never discussed or disclosed before it came time to pay. Also had to pay sales tax on that fee. They knew about the fee ahead of time as it is built into the paperwork invoice. Not good business to add fees after the fact. Total cost came to $251.26 for a $199 plus tax quote. I call this car dealer math, always in their favor and always out of your pocket. More
