Had an 8 am appointment for oil change and tire rotation, I had a few other things I needed looked at. I was told it would be a 2 hour wait. I needed to be out of there by 10 to get to work. I was not able t I had a few other things I needed looked at. I was told it would be a 2 hour wait. I needed to be out of there by 10 to get to work. I was not able to wait to get any other work done & was out of there by 10. Having to wait 2 hours to have this done and drive 45 minutes to get there doesn’t make me happy! This process shouldn’t take 2 hours!!!! Hire some more help! More

Worst GMC dealership ever delt with. Had over 20 GMC in my fleet. Brought Hummer in for service two weeks ago. The service writer said he would call me. No call. I had to go to the deale Had over 20 GMC in my fleet. Brought Hummer in for service two weeks ago. The service writer said he would call me. No call. I had to go to the dealership and they were closed. Called the next day. He gave me more crap and said he promised he would call me. Week later not even a call. Shame on you. Would never use these people again. More
