Service for my Pontiacs at this dealership has always been top notch. My Service Writer is Mark Willis and occasionally Brian. In the service department I have dealt with Adam and several others. The Service manager recognizes me and always stops to talk. The reasons I come back is: first the attention to detail, and second fair and reasonable prices. Mark (and the rest of the service crew) listen to my problems, ask questions to further understand the issue and discuss my options. As the repair progress, Mark keeps me informed by calling with updates. Finally and most important, Mark and the crew stand behind their work. One example is the A/C on my 99 Formula WS6. After 200,000 miles, it was a nightmare. They researched high mileage A/C repairs and found a solution that has solved the problem. With both my 2000 Daytona Pace Car and my Formula, whatever has needed repair has been done: efficiently, competently, reasonably and best of all, by friendly staff.
