Our shopping adventure started 3 weeks ago at Delray Buick/GMC with John Sanders. After going to a few different dealerships, John was the only one who consistently called to see if he could help us wi Buick/GMC with John Sanders. After going to a few different dealerships, John was the only one who consistently called to see if he could help us with our decision and offer different options that may work. He was very professional, informative and yet, very humorous! He made it comfortable for my daughter and I seeking an SUV. We also encountered a very nice gentleman, Gerald who assisted us one evening when we stopped unexpectedly while John was out. He treated us as if we were his own customer. -- The day of our lease purchase, we met with the manager, Jean Carlos, who was equally professional and really listened to the direction we needed to take for options. It was a long day.....(my fault) but John and JC remained patient and I really appreciated it. --When all was said and done Magid, with a smile, assisted with financing and we were out the door. I would definitely reccommend going to this dealership. They kept to their word and we ended up with a beautiful, reliable car!! THANK YOU DELRAY BUICK GMC More

Mark Is a great Service Adviser! Last time I came in for an oil change he noticed that my rear tires were getting worn, he suggested we rotate them so they would last longer. Buying a car is not something we look forward to. Most of the time it can leave a bad taste in your mouth...even if you finish up buying. However, our experience at Delray Buick proved the exception. We felt that we were treated by everyone we met, in a professional and courteous manner. We came away satisfied with our purchase and believe we will continue feeling this way. A couple of negative comments: We were told the car was the top of the line with "everything." Specifically e.g. fog lights...not there, that I can see. Also, the manual mentions All Wheel Drive, again not there that I can see. I saw other items too that I don't believe are there. Also, we were told that with a lease, maintenance was included. Then we were told that the first oil change was "on the house." Inferring, therefore, that we would be paying in the future. Just a thought. Extract a check list of all items in a user manual. Then, when presenting a vehicle to a potential customer, check off the items that are not included. That way there should be no surprises. One thing further. We purchased the Ding and Tire protection programs. Our problem, we didn't ask the price and had an unpleasant surprise awaiting us when we went over the Sales receipt $1,297 total. We practiced Real Estate and Full Disclosure was the order of the day...or else the state could come down on you like a ton of bricks.
