Imagine my surprise when I brought my car in for service and Brian Savino was no longer there to help me. Brian is by far the most helpful friendly service person I have ever met. He always treated me wel and Brian Savino was no longer there to help me. Brian is by far the most helpful friendly service person I have ever met. He always treated me well. I have been with Brian since he was at Ralph Buick over 20 years ago. The person at your dealership who "tried" to help me was rude and unfriendly. I immediately said no thank you, took my car and went home. I then got on the phone and made some calls to find Brian. And find him I did. I now have to drive farther but I know it is worth it. I will be spreading the word to my family and friends so they will know where to find Brian. How could you be so unconcerned about your service ratings that you let him leave? More

My experience at Delray Buick was absolutely AWESOME! That is why my ratings were top notch!!After visiting so many other dealerships and was refuse a vehicle I was just about to give up hope. Until I met up with Thomas West who made it his job to get me to the Customer Service Appreciation Breakfast. I said what the hect free breakfast at least no knowing how my luck was going to change that day. The breakfast was very well prepared and all employees were so friendly which is very important to me. John Sanders and Jean Carlos(JC) worked extremely hard to get me into a new car. They cared about me as a customer not all about making commission which made me feel so GREAT. I would recommend this dealership to anyone out looking for a new vehicle-whether you do leave with a car or not you can rest assure they are going to do everything to the end to help you. Megan Keeffe ,the primary sales consultant, was the nicest & most helpful person I've ever dealt with in my 40 years of buying new cars. If she could not answer a question posed to her, she immediatel nicest & most helpful person I've ever dealt with in my 40 years of buying new cars. If she could not answer a question posed to her, she immediately sought out a manager who could & did. She spent, in my opinion a large amount of time with my wife & me which I thought was unusual given that we were not sure whether we wanted to close a deal on a buick. JC Kent was also very helpful eventually working out an acceptable deal. We drove home in a new Enclave & very happy Thanks to all at Delray Buick & GMC......we will certainly recommend this dealership to our friends & family More
