We were the surprised and fortunate recipients of a 2013 GMC Acadia from an unknown individual. What a beautiful vehicle. We presently have a 2001GMC Yukon with 213,000 miles, which has been the best vehicl GMC Acadia from an unknown individual. What a beautiful vehicle. Megan was so helpful in making sure all the paperwork was complete and ready to go. She has a very bubbly and happy personality and answered all our questions about the new Acadia. My husband and I had been car hunting for a while. We decided to check out Delray Buick GMC because our son had recently visited and had rented a GMC SUV which we liked. After the receiptionist, the next person we saw was John Sanders, salesman. What a lucky day for us. It was late in the day but John had all the time in the world for us. He answered all our questions and took us out in a GMC Terrain. When we returned we talked pricing and at the end of that negotiation, we had come to a price that we were comfortable with. More than comfortable, actually we thought John had gone out of his way to assess our needs and provide us with solutions which met or exceeded our requirements. He thought of things we had not considered; he introduced us to the Sales Manager JC Kent. We spoke briefly with JC and had such a good feeling that these people cared about getting us into a car that met our needs and budget. John Sanders makes an immediate impression of a man who likes dealing with people and wants to provide them the best car at the best price he can. Very impressive. In two days, they had our car transported from another location, had the windows tinted etc. Mr Richard Pasicki (sp?) was so easy to work with as we got thru the paper blizzard. We drove away so happy that we had stumbled upon this dealership. At no time did we feel like we were being 'handled'. Everyone was pleasant, putting themselves out to make this purchase as easy on us as possible.
