I called the dealership on a Monday afternoon for an oil change and general check-up on my 2010 GMC Terrain. Bob Heinsohn was able to schedule an appointment for me that same afternoon. Along with the oil and filter being changed, the other fluids were checked as well as the air pressure in my tires. There was also some GMC service updating to be done. I had some general questions about the car which Bob answered for me. The whole procedure was accomplished with a short wait on my part. The waiting area was comfortable. The coffee and doughnut were good. I was able to watch my regular TV show on the wide screen TV. More

Andy did an excellent job. He made me feel very comfortable to ask him any questions. He took his time explaining and answering my questions.
