my car would not start and because i did not have jumper cables dave offered to have the guys come to the cars location and jump the vehicle. it saved me either a jumper cable purchase or a tow. both much cables dave offered to have the guys come to the cars location and jump the vehicle. it saved me either a jumper cable purchase or a tow. both much less attractive solutions. the were there within minutes and he also offered me to do the oil change at the same time. he had me in and out of the dealership with in minutes and gave me a ride back to work. These guys were all fantastic. Everybody at this dealershiop worked as a team together and made the buying experience totally awesome. Jeff Young was the salesman and made sure that the buying proce dealershiop worked as a team together and made the buying experience totally awesome. Jeff Young was the salesman and made sure that the buying process was easy and he took pleny of time with me to help locate the exact car that I was lookig for. JC is the sales manager and an absolute gentlemen and a man of his word.He delivered on all fronts!!!They gave me a great deal on a GMC Yukon Denali. The car was not in stock and instead of trying to sell me a car from their inventory they arranged to trade with another GMC dealer 300 miles away to get me the exact vehicle that I wanted. The even had somebody drive from the dealership in Delray Beach to Ocala immeditely and bring the car back to me in the same day. I would recommend this dealership to anybody. More
