I had a "WOW" experience I went in today to look at SLT models on the lot. Fernando Pagan was very thorough and knowledgeable about the vehicle we were about to drive and expl I went in today to look at SLT models on the lot. We went for a quick ride and I was happy enough with this vehicle to begin the buy process. I met the F&I Manager, Shoshana Sade, who promptly showed me a number the dealership would be happy with. I politely declined and explained to her how I arrived at certain #'s based on GMC's national advertising as well as Delray GMC Buick's ads. Without playing the usual back and forth nonsense that's so aggravating when buying a vehicle, Shoshana looked at my #'s, conferred with Fernando as well as the General Sales Manager, Jeancarlos Kent, and proceeded to propose a more than fair deal that I accepted immediately. Also, the process was not as arduous as some of the experiences I had previously, especially with staff promising things they could not deliver. Gerald delivered - Delray Buick GMC over delivered.
