First of all, it was my third vehicle that I purchased from this dealer. All paid cash. All new. Greg was friendly, but he told me that 2014 Terrain models are not yet available. They are, in fact. The price tag of the car was almost $2000 above the price given online! Same VIN. So I paid too much! I was not spontaneously shown how to setup my onstar account, or where to open the hood, what all the dials are and how they work, and so on. The new car had some scratches in the back, the employee did not check the car for perfection. I had to mention it to him to get it fixed. I was not asked if I want a 3.6 lt engine or the smaller one. It is a long list and I'm not happy with my experience this time with this dealer. Work on it. Timo Palas, MD More
I arrived at the dealership about 7:30AM. Mark took me right away and got them started. I relaxed by the TV and had coffee and doughnuts. By 8:45AM they were finished and I was on my way. I called the dealership on a Monday afternoon for an oil change and general check-up on my 2010 GMC Terrain. Bob Heinsohn was able to schedule an appointment for me that same afternoon. Along with the oil and filter being changed, the other fluids were checked as well as the air pressure in my tires. There was also some GMC service updating to be done. I had some general questions about the car which Bob answered for me. The whole procedure was accomplished with a short wait on my part. The waiting area was comfortable. The coffee and doughnut were good. I was able to watch my regular TV show on the wide screen TV. More
