They were up front with what they could do for me from the beginning. In fact I wasn't even planning on buying, really just looking when I went in, but the service was so good and the deal was right so I went for it and I am so happy with the purchase. They even give you a nice gift on your way out to congratulate you on your new car....hadn't had that before! More

Above and Beyond We live in Colorado and found a car on line. That was the above the beyond was on Labor Day he went to the airport to picked up my wife and son at 6:00 am. and took them back to the dealer to get the car Service like this can't be beat. GET IT IN WRITING FIRST I was told by the salesman that I had a bumper to bumper warranty for a year as well as a further 2 year warranty on certain parts of the vehicle. Whe I was told by the salesman that I had a bumper to bumper warranty for a year as well as a further 2 year warranty on certain parts of the vehicle. When I was doing the paperwork for taking the vehicle (bearing in mind at this stage I had paid for the vehicle in full with a certified check), Magic said that he was not aware of the warranty. Mike then told me he assumed the warranty was standard as this was the case at the previous dealership he worked at. He said that if I wanted the the warranty I would have to pay an extra $400 in. He then said that he was sure that nothing would happen in the next year with the vehicle so the warranty may not be necessary. A very poor excuse to get out of making a commitment that he made and was now unable to deliver on. My advice to anyone is GET IT IN WRITING FIRST before you sign with this dealership. More

Here's a TRULY honest review I'm lost as to how these people got dealer of the year? I wouldn't have named names if I didn't have to, because I don't desire to throw any one pers I'm lost as to how these people got dealer of the year? I wouldn't have named names if I didn't have to, because I don't desire to throw any one person under the bus - this is a DEALERSHIP problem. After an initial and pleasant inquiring visit, I am invited back in to look at a car that from the description "fits my needs and price range." 3 1/2 hours later I am looking at paperwork to sign for a car that is completely different, (good ole bait and switch) at a price waaayy out of my region, while my license plate is being switched up and my Onstar service being set up. I don't know if they thought maybe because it was the end of the day and I would feel guilty holding up their time and not giving them the sale, or maybe I they thought I was desperate enough to get out of my old car, but for some reason, no one bothered to tell me how much the car I was "buying" cost, how much my monthly payments would be, NOTHING, until it was time to sign the paperwork. I did make a couple inquiries along the way and the response was - "don't worry, we're gonna give you a good deal" or "trust me, you're gonna be fine with the price." Now honestly, I was pretty calm about it, because at the end of the day I was not committing to anything I was not comfortable with. I am a woman on her 10th car purchase, so I know what I want. It is just the fact that they did this at all that completely disgusted me. Even shaking hands with me congratulating me on the new purchase - as if I'm just going to blindly, dumbly, sign my life away like that?! To make things worse, they were trying to force me into a downpayment situation I was not comfortable with, and maximized my preapproval loan amount, when I specifically said I don't want to go anywhere near the maximum I've been given to use. (Not that they were going with my loan company anyway - you know dealers always try to get you "a better deal"...) People like these are the reason that customers HATE going to dealerships! I purchased a new car elsewhere for a much better deal. I will be in the market for a Buick again in a few years, and when I am - I will go out of my way to avoid this place. More
