My husband was looking for every reason to walk out and Fernando was honest, informative, and awesome we couldn't say no. JC and Fernando really worked to make a great deal for everybody. On the fanacing side, Magic and Tony made it easy to understand everything. For what its worth, we bought the dent/paint insurance. For the cost and living in South FL, it's a no brainer :-) It was our first lease and we will definitely be purchasing in the future. So happy to by part of the Delray GMC Buick family! Nicole More

It was clean, crisp and had nice amenities. Their waiting room served Starbucks, chocolates and they also had a play area for children. The sales person was amazing from start to finish. Made me feel I could trust his advice. He wasn't a sales person in the end but a friend on my side working with me. The finance person was easy to talk to. Took time to help explain every aspect of the deal. He was the only one writing deals at the time which caused several hours of delay.Not his fault. General Sales Manager was not helpful. He could use some training in dealing with customers. He had a poor attitude. He gave me the feeling that it was his way or the highway. Not a forward thinker. Managing Partner: Very helpful. Saved the whole experience in my opinion. After seven hours at the dealer I almost had it before he came out to chat with me. He followed the LEARN process exactly.
