This was certainly and pleasantly not the usual car buying experience that most people are unfortunately familiar with. JC Kent and Majid Hassan helped with getting me financed and when I walked out the door, I was the proud owner of a new Buick Verano. Bob Heinsohn, service advisor, is always helpful and makes a point to fully understand and address any concerns. Service appointments are handled very efficiently. I also stopped in the body shop after I had just purchased the car to ask a question. The manager was very pleasant and helpful, and came outside to demonstrate what needed to be done to take iron water spots off my car bumper. I would recommend Delray Buick to friends. More

There was no pressure to purchase a vehicle. I appreciated that. "Thank You For Not Being Pushy. The suv that I purchased has so many bells and whistles that when I got home I was overwhelmed, "Ok I'm a little electronically challenged". I called Thomas he took the time to not only show me what every bottom did he program and help me set everything up. NOW THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE. I've had my car for 4 months and recently went in for an oil change and tire rotation and my service appointment took no longer than an hour and a half due to the awesome car detailing added at the end. So no only was my car serviced with an oil change it was cleaned inside and out. And the accommodating waiting room wasn't bad either. I was very comfortable while I waited and they provide complimentary refreshments. Even before my appointment I was called to make an appointment by Ashley, the nicest, friendliest service consultant you'll ever meet. I have nothing but awesome experiences every time I walk into this place. No other dealership can compare. I look forward to the next pancake breakfast. This is my excuse to see my new Buick GMC Family! Thanks for everything Terry and everyone who was super nice to my daughter and I from the awesome receptionists to outstanding management! More
