I found Neil Simon to be excellent in all areas of customer service. He very personable and goes out of his way to follow-up with customers to make sure any problem they have has a solution. My only disappointment was with the sales person, Jeff young. Once I signed the contract there was no attempt to solve my concerns with the car I just purchased. However, thanks to Neil My experience with Delray Buick will be a very Pleasant one. More

I called because my car was overheating and I needed service quickly, I called Delray Buick and Mark said " bring it in we'll take care of you" he also provided me with a loaner so I can go back to work service quickly, I called Delray Buick and Mark said " bring it in we'll take care of you" he also provided me with a loaner so I can go back to work, it was a Saturday afternoon and we were very busy as well. After calling on the phone to schedule an appt for service, Mark was able to find me a convenient appointment around my schedule. While servicing a problem, he was good about calling to inform me of s service, Mark was able to find me a convenient appointment around my schedule. Since the work was going to take longer, he offered me a loaner car which was crucial to allow me to leave my Terrain for repairs. When I picked up my car, all of the work was explained to me and to my surprise, the car had been vacuumed and cleaned. This was above what I had expected. More
