I had very low expectations on even getting a car, but Gerald and Tony really worked to make the deal happen and I am in love with my new car. Also, the process was not as arduous as some of the experiences I had previously, especially with staff promising things they could not deliver. Gerald delivered - Delray Buick GMC over delivered. My credit is not the greatest, but these guys were able to put together a deal that didn't leave me feeling raked over and got me into a fabulous car. Thank you Gerald, Tony and JC. I purchased a Buick LaCrosse in May and was given a lesson in the features of my new car, which was very different from my Buick Rendevous. I thought I would learn as I drove the car. Not onlt did Terry Pfister, the Internet Manager, spend countless hours going back and forth with me via email answering all my questions but everything we discussed was what was presented to us when it was time to sign. My husband and I felt secure that we understood everything that we were paying for and also felt confident that we were given a very fair price. Before I drove off the lot, Fernando Pagan took the time to explain all the ins and outs of my new car and the GM J.C. Kent gave me his cell phone number to call if we had any issues. The bottom line is, Delray Buick went the extra mile on this one. We WILL be back for our next vehicle! More

Then Shoshana (the Finance Mgr.) took over.She prepared the MANY forms to be signed and filed.Due to a little computer glitch, many had to be re-done and she could not apologize enough. Marty spent a long time showing me all the features in the new Verano. So, all things considered , the team at Delray Buick GMC made the grueling task of buying a car as pleasant as possible. More
