On the fanacing side, Magic and Tony made it easy to understand everything. For what its worth, we bought the dent/paint insurance. It was clean, crisp and had nice amenities. Their waiting room served Starbucks, chocolates and they also had a play area for children. The sales person was amazing from start to finish. Made me feel I could trust his advice. He wasn't a sales person in the end but a friend on my side working with me. The finance person was easy to talk to. Took time to help explain every aspect of the deal. He was the only one writing deals at the time which caused several hours of delay.Not his fault. General Sales Manager was not helpful. He could use some training in dealing with customers. He had a poor attitude. He gave me the feeling that it was his way or the highway. Not a forward thinker. Managing Partner: Very helpful. Saved the whole experience in my opinion. After seven hours at the dealer I almost had it before he came out to chat with me. He followed the LEARN process exactly. Above and Beyond We live in Colorado and found a car on line. That was the above the beyond was on Labor Day he went to the airport to picked up my wife and son at 6:00 am. and took them back to the dealer to get the car Service like this can't be beat. GET IT IN WRITING FIRST I was told by the salesman that I had a bumper to bumper warranty for a year as well as a further 2 year warranty on certain parts of the vehicle. Whe I was told by the salesman that I had a bumper to bumper warranty for a year as well as a further 2 year warranty on certain parts of the vehicle. When I was doing the paperwork for taking the vehicle (bearing in mind at this stage I had paid for the vehicle in full with a certified check), Magic said that he was not aware of the warranty. Mike then told me he assumed the warranty was standard as this was the case at the previous dealership he worked at. He said that if I wanted the the warranty I would have to pay an extra $400 in. He then said that he was sure that nothing would happen in the next year with the vehicle so the warranty may not be necessary. A very poor excuse to get out of making a commitment that he made and was now unable to deliver on. My advice to anyone is GET IT IN WRITING FIRST before you sign with this dealership. More
