I simply cannot speak more highly of the customer service that I received. I reside in the Panhandle region of Florida and had been in the market for a Mini Roadster for some time when I came across the car on USAA's car buying service and CarGuru. I sent a request for more information and received feedback in a very timely fashion. Unlike other dealerships who were more concerned with my geographical location than earning my business, Alan looked passed the small obstacle and took the time to create a customized video of the vehicle to enable a more personable look since I was not within proximity to view it in person. It was absolutely incredible! I read reviews on multiple sites that corroborated my feelings to pursue business with the organization! The deal was negotiated and I set my travel plans into motion. Alan picked me up from the airport and I was in and out in no time flat! Alan and Mr. Goldberg instilled confidence in my decision and could not have made a more seamless transaction. However, it did not feel like a mere business transaction but more so a friend who was there to help! I will absolutely recommend Alan and the Delray family in the future. Ideal Match Working with George Deeb to purchase my new car was the perfect match. I know George from my church, so after test driving a few other model new car Working with George Deeb to purchase my new car was the perfect match. I know George from my church, so after test driving a few other model new cars at other dealerships I decided to give him a call. Between one phone call, a few e-mails and text messages he came up with the ideal match for me. When I arrived George had the Buick Encore ready for me. I was amazed - it was ideal for my needs, and attractive as well, the car that is! George had me test drive the Encore and another GMC auto -- but the Encore stole my heart. From its classic look (black) to the remarkable interior, the car sold itself. After driving the car for a few weeks I am so very pleased with two main items -- the side view mirrors, and the back up camera. The side view mirrors are the most advanced on any car I have owned or recently test driven. I have a perfect view of what is on either side of me, etc. and the "blind spot" feature has already saved me some early problems. The rear view camera has a larger viewing area than I am use to, and I especially like the warning sound that is emitted when a car is approaching my space. George and all the other men I talked with that day were so very helpful. They walked me through the On Star system. Overall I enjoyed an excellent experience at this dealership. The staff was all polite and most helpful. The car handles so well, I feel in absolute control, that is because the size is perfect for me. If it was not for George I would not have entertained the idea of a new Buick -- now I hope to be a customer for a very long time. Thank you all. More

They found me my perfect car after weeks! The owner of Delray Buick GMC should know and take pride that his team really is a "TEAM" like no other lot has, I have never been impressed by a business as much as this one.
