I was in and out of the dealership in under an hour. I was treated with respect and it was actually fun spending money with them. There are not enough dealerships out there like this one. We were at the dealership the entire day, the longest I've ever been, but everyone made sure that we are comfortable and taken cared of. Robert and Allan were very patient with us and offered the best and most affordable deal for us. I really loved the Yukon Denali and I was determined to drive it home that day, and they made it happen. In the beginning, things were not so great when dealing with a couple of sales GMC / Buick Delray was an excellent car dealership to do business with. In the beginning, things were not so great when dealing with a couple of sales people (Jay and Jeffrey)....it is not that they are bad people, but it didn't look like they cared too much about our specific customer's case. But then, when calling the manager (Allan), he took control of things and worked together with a very good salesperson (Fernando Pagan) in finding a deal that was close to what they had advertised on their website, which was what we were looking for. Thanks to Allan and Fernando, GMC / Buick in Delray was able to keep one more customer buying products from the GMC / Buick family. More

Excellent Sales Experience After having less that wonderful sales experience at another GM dealer. I saw a vehicle that I believed that would meet the needs of our family. We contacted the dealership and George Deeb met us and show us the vehicle that we were interested in. There was no pressure and no hype. He just explained the features and benefits of the Chev Traverse that we asked about and he was very professional. Unlike some dealership, where high pressure and wanting you to make a decision immediately not with George or Delay GMC. When it came time to purchase, Mike and George explained our option and there was no pressure in that decision. If you want an old fashion and comfortable purchasing experience then talk to George at Delray GMC. More
