When I went to Buick GMC, I knew I wanted to get a car from there. Hannibal and JC were more than accommodating, and I never felt any pressure at all. Everything felt smooth and natural. I wasn't harassed with phone calls to come back either. I was offered the car I thought I wanted somewhere else, and when I got there, the car salesman just got under my skin. I left and drove straight to Buick. I immediately felt happy and excited to buy a new car because the energy was so positive and relaxed. I absolutely love my Encore and couldn't be happier with my decision. Hannibal is the best & I am so thankful he helped me. More

The first time was a check engine light came on, and the fixed the problem immediately. The second time was to get a new tire. Unfortunately I had a blowout while driving. I can't say enough nice things about the way I was treated at the service department. Mark was the gentleman who assisted us both times we were there. He made us feel very welcome, and went above and beyond to make sure we were extremely satisfied. I usually hate waiting for cars to be fixed, but Delray Buick has the cleanest waiting area. I was approached multiple times by staff asking if I needed anything. Mark also visited a few times to give me updates on progress. I will definitely be back, and plan on buying my next car from them due to the exceptional customer service received More

When I told him that I was buying the car as surprise gift for my wonderful wife, he volunteer to help in making it happen by offering to deliver the car to our driveway. I am so happy in his recommendation for this 2011 Lacrosse because my wife loves it so much. I have no regret for selecting this car. So far, we have no complaint and the car is running great. I especially like how everyone in the dealer was supper nice. I ask one of the young lady at the front desk for the restroom, she could have just pointed it out to me, but instead she left her post and go around the corner and showed me the restroom. I thought that was extremely courteous of her. When I ask her why, she said she is not allowed to point and that it was her pleasure to help. I wish I remembered her name, she deserves to be recognized. Overall, I had a wonderful experience. I know that buying a car can be a very tedious, time consuming and stressful process, but this particular experience was different. By the way here is a new catch phrase based on how I felt in the whole process "A luxury dealer selling luxurious cars with a touch of luxurious customer service".
