Find another option We leased two brand new Envisions and found out as we were signing the paperwork that both had over 3,000 miles on them. They each had over 20 radio s We leased two brand new Envisions and found out as we were signing the paperwork that both had over 3,000 miles on them. They each had over 20 radio stations preset in them, and each had five persons hooked up to their Bluetooth. My wife’s car is currently in the shop after getting the message “serious issue with the transmission or engine, which is impacting the performance of the car” They were never even detailed or waxed and both had dings which needed to be remedied week later. If you must do business with this dealership stick to Finance Manager Tony Eroglu and Sales Manager Mike Mizrahi. Avoid the rest of the charade. More

I had decide before hand that I needed to downsize in price and size of a new car. With the help of George I was able to lease a 2018 Encore. And it was the best thing that I did. I grew up in an out-market mid-sized multi-line dealership and have done most if not all jobs in a well-functioning dealership. I left the auto industry many years ago as a young adult to pursue a career in technology. We arrived at the Delray GMC dealership without an appointment before the sales floor opened and Tim Jacques (sales manager) dropped what he was doing to show my wife the Yukon she found online. Tim was a real pleasure to meet, was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions without hesitation. As the sales floor opened Tim introduced us to Dan Fielder to continue with the demo and sales flow. I just don’t have enough words to describe my admiration for Dan – he is the consummate professional and went way above and beyond to anticipate and satisfy all of our questions. There was no pressure, no misdirection – only good honest answers to our questions and when he was not totally sure about his answer he made some calls to confirm. Without hesitation he wanted to make sure my wife’s selections of accessories were correct – even to the point of searching the parts room for some demo examples. His attention to detail was totally unexpected and that followed all the way through delivery and sales follow up. Dan is a blessing to the car industry and Delray GMC in particular! Jordan Schear did our paperwork close out and then again, a true professional. Through explanations of all the paperwork we executed, no pushing of add ons and honest answers to questions based on his experience. Overall this is an exceptional dealership – one that spends a huge amount of time training and reinforcing expectations of their employees.
