It was late in the evening 1hr before closing time and I expected most people ready to go home. I don't usually want to speak to anyone before I see the car but this time I was at ease and agreed to see a sales person. I was introduced to Sabatino Nappi who took me trough the options patiently. Offered suggestions and delivered as promised. After my thorough reviews and questions, I drove away with my new Encore at 10:30pm. Excellent service and I do recommend this dealership. More
