A very stressful and disappointing experince! I found the service representative to be rude, incompetent, and chauvinistic. Communication was nonexistent; and he lied to me. The service director w I found the service representative to be rude, incompetent, and chauvinistic. Communication was nonexistent; and he lied to me. The service director was apologetic to my face; but I believe he too lied to me, changed the tires on my vehicle, and cheated me into purchasing two new tires. Service that should have been completed within 1 to 2 days, took a total of 12 days (in and out three times in two weeks). And one of the initial reasons for the scheduled appointment (replace a driving light), was never addressed. When I requested a loaner car, I was denied. My husband had to call and demand a car. Needless to say, my husband and I will be investigating other dealerships to purchase our next car. More

He immediately made me feel comfortable at the dealership and showed me around and guided me through the available vehicles there. In particular, the 2017 GMC Denali. I must say that this was my best car shopping experience ever. He was extremely professional, informative, and never once made the tough sell. Nowadays, it seems a salemans only objective is to get money out of your wallet. But, Anthony was nothing of the sort. He and the team at Delray Buick GMC delivered an incredible service and very pleasant experience. We will absolutely be coming back to see Anthony next year to purchase a vehicle for our son! More

Amazing experience at Delray GMC We had a great experience leasing our vehicle from Anthony. We went with our toddler and he was so patient with us. We never felt pressured or rushed. We had an unpleasant experience with our previous car dealer who wouldn't even speak to me because I was a woman (he only wanted to deal with my husband). Those guys lost our business forever. A friend of ours recommended that we travel to Delray Buick GMC because they had better customer service than the dealer closer to us. So glad we listened! We walked in and were immediately greeted by the front desk, as well as Anthony Lanzaro. He was polite, friendly, and never once tried to mislead us or act pushy. I like straight-forward, honest people who won't mess around, and we definitely got that with Anthony. We even had our toddler with us, which is an added stress for parents, but they were so generous and really treated her like she was a client too :) We ended up doing a deal with him and couldn't be happier with our decision. It was a great process and experience for us, and we will definitely take advantage of the service for members. We will also be back soon when it's time for a new vehicle for my husband.
