GREAT place to buy a car! I was 'shopping' for a replacement for my good ol' '98 Dodge RAM pickup, and fortunately for me, Delray Buick GM was my first stop. I was actually looking for a Dodge Durango, and went into the 'Previously Owned' offices to have a look around. Alan "Fritzi" Fritz introduced himself to me, and after talking for a bit, we went outside and he showed me the Honda Pilot in the yard, which I immediately took a liking to. GREAT color, good condition, all the bells and whistles, etc. Took it for a ride, and decided to buy it. Eventually I went to John Catalano's office to deal with the paperwork and all the signing, which was also a pleasant experience, then went out to my 'new' Honda to transfer all my stuff from the RAM. The whole process was a very pleasant, easygoing, and convenient experience, and I am VERY pleased with the Honda, the dealership, the followup calls and emails. I recently made an appointment for a checkup service before a long trip, and I was immediately contacted by Sofia Viccica by email and also a quick call to confirm the appointment immediately after making that appointment online. When I arrived at the Service area on the appointed day, I was greeted by William Jackson, who was very pleasant and took great care to get the important points of my service call correct, which after only a few minutes, caused him to let me know that my car was still under Honda warranty, so I took it (luckily) right next door to the Honda Dealership, and had it taken care of there, at no cost to me. GREAT Dealership! TERRIFIC Employees!! FANTASTIC experience!!! More
