Great 1st Time Car Buying Experience I found the dealership online and proceeded to go in to look at my first car. Knew what I wanted so they only assisted in me getting the package that I found the dealership online and proceeded to go in to look at my first car. Extremely Great Service Right from the phone call to the dealership, to see what I wanted to the final good bye at the end of the signing; was easy as can be. Rocio was talked to on the phone about what I was looking for and what I wanted to spend(super friendly and helpful). Walked in the door and pleasantly greeted by the receptionist.(sorry cant remember her name, but super friendly) My salesman was Luis(top notch, friendly and makes the deal easy as can be). In the finance department I worked with was Jordan( also friendly and closed the deal very easily). Over all, theres honestly not one bad thing that I can say about this dealership. HIGHLY recommend. More

Service Par Excellence I have been a "devotee" of Delray Buick for over 30 years though many name changes, and have found their staff, and service always exceeded my expecta I have been a "devotee" of Delray Buick for over 30 years though many name changes, and have found their staff, and service always exceeded my expectations. Not only are they reliable and professional but I have never been pressured to purchase something for my many Buicks that I didn't need. My current service advisor, Bob Heinsohn, treats me with the utmost respect and makes me feel like I'm a member of the Buick family, not just someone who has purchased multiple Buicks over the years.
