On a Friday evening, I called the dealers with a specific car in mind, a specific model and color. I spoke with Mitch from sales and he was courteous, friendly, and engaging instantly. He listened carefully car in mind, a specific model and color. I spoke with Mitch from sales and he was courteous, friendly, and engaging instantly. He listened carefully and shared the information with the sales manager, Jeff. I worked with both over the phone and in a matter of 30 minutes, even though they did not have the car in Delray, Jeff managed to find one for me. Both Jeff and Mitch were very helpful and to the point. There was no run around or waste of time. By the next day, in less than 24 hours, we had the car in our hands. Mitch took care of us from the moment we arrived. He seems to be a wonderful young man with what I predict is a bright future in sales. We feel lucky he was the one who answered the phone! Jeff and Mitch had asked for all the necessary information ahead of time so by the time we were able to speak with Eric, the financial manager, the process was smooth and painless. All three of them were a pleasure to deal with. We left the place very happy and very impressed by the entire Acura Delray team we dealt with. They were worth the one hour ride for us! More

Daniel Galante was the salesperson we worked with and NO we do not recommend him as he lies and deceit. Sales manager Jeff was more professional and actually seemed like wanted to work out a deal. We don’t feel we got the best deal we could’ve received, but we can’t blame Jeff for being better at negotiating. Again, we are rating this dealership solely on Jeff. Daniel Galante, our sales person not only lies to us at the end, to get us out of there, he didn’t go over anything significant in regards to the car, and would not actually listen to what we had to say. We know he has a new baby, he want to move, what restaurants he likes, that he manages a gym, etc., but all he remember from us is that he made us a promise that he did not come through with. If it was based on Daniel the dealer would get a 1 star. Lastly, he is rude to Carlos, the very nice young man that actually helps costumers and explains things in detail. Recommend the dealer? Yes, but AVOID Daniel Galante. More
