Excellent I had an appointment to get my oil changed and my tires rotated. The night before my brakes started grinding. My husband has a broken ankle so he could not pick me up. Matt arranged for Debbie to take me back home and pick me up the following Monday. Both of them gave us such great customer service. It was such a relief to have that shuttle service in our time of need. We told them not to be in a hurry but they still had my car done by the next day. Debbie is an excellent driver and I loved talking to her. Matt has had outstanding customer service. My husband and I would recommend Dellen to anyone. More

They have always been courteous, knowledgeable, and see that the service, that, I need is completed and my check out, is always handled, in a professional manner. Ever so often, I ask a question and they always seem, to have the answer and once in awhile, they will add a little more of some tid bit of information, that, is helpful and I needed it and so appreciated getting, that information. Good car service, poor customer treatment The services my car received (tire rotation and oil change) were satisfactory. How I was treated as a customer was disappointing. My grandfather works The services my car received (tire rotation and oil change) were satisfactory. How I was treated as a customer was disappointing. My grandfather works at Dellen, and he and I both signed when I got my car. However, I was the one who scheduled this appointment and brought the car in, and I left my personal phone number for them to call when it was done. I was told it should only take 45 minutes, so I waited in my grandfather’s office during the appointment. After an hour, my grandfather called and asked if his granddaughter’s car was ready, and he was told it was on the rack. After an hour and a half, he got a call saying his car was done, even though I was the one who brought the car in and gave them my phone number. When I went to the service station to get my car, the two men working did not acknowledge me and kept working on their computers. After two minutes of silence, one of the men finally said he would be with me shortly. When one of the workers finally asked what I needed help with, he was shocked when I told him I was here to pick up my car. The paperwork he printed out only had my grandfather’s name on it, even though I gave them my personal information when I brought the car in. I understand that I am a young female, but being treated like a helpless girl who has no business at a car dealership is unacceptable. I am glad this appointment was free, because I would not be happy paying for service when treated this poorly. More
Excellent Customer Service Service Center was excellent. Ordered some accessories for my truck. Discovered that GMC had sent me an accessory discount right after my order. Dellen stepped up and honored the discount; agreeing that whether I ordered from them, or thru GMC, I should get the discount. They have my business for life! More
