Poor and it took forever Brought my truck in to get a speaker replaced. Had a appointment for 8 am. The sales staff is wonderful, and the service department had alot to learn from them. I have bought two brand new vehicles from here I the last two years and these two will be my last. More

disrespectful service man I stopped in to make an appointment for repair on a speaker. . The man behind the counter asked if he could help me, I told him what I needed-he aske I stopped in to make an appointment for repair on a speaker. . He then asked what day again and again I said any day. he border line rudely said 'NO-what day"??He had the screen open- and in front of him-He could have picked the day.we made the appointment for a Monday at 8:30 am. I had talked to the other service manager months ago about my problem with speakers and he said that the visit may last as long as 3 or 4 hours. When I arrived on Monday at 8am-the service rep in question waited on me. He asked if I was dropping the truck off or needed a ride-I said no-I'm waiting on it and said someone said it may take some time to check it out-He snapped-yeah Me ---which I said -NO-the other guy that works here. I totally understand "bad days and not being a morning person. I'm not a morning person to talk to-What would I like for you to do with this review? Read it and put it away in a file. If this gentleman gets no other bad reviews-Delete this one. If the man gets a few of these, then bring this one to his attention. He seems like a good man. If he performs satisfactorily and gets no complaints I'm ok with this. More
