absolutely outrageous as far as pricing in the service department! wanted just under 600.00 dollars for 2 fuses and said I needed a new antenna as mine is leaking into the headliner. I bought the two fuses 9.95 and the antenna is finr--i caucked around base and stopped the leak-- antenna is fine! Was then charged 99.00 for tech. fee which involved 15 min.of diagnostic. We all are in business to make a profit, but not to rip people off!!! Have a good life and don't bother calling me our relationship is non existent any longer!! More

Under the current “by appointment” service mode, I was pleased with the service and the wait was reasonable. I was traveling to visit family when a critical sensor on my truck failed at 6pm. I was unsure if it was the sensor or a serious mechanical issue. The service center was closed but sales took my information and called me back. They asked me to be in at 7:30 the following morning and said they would do what they could. They worked me through service first thing next day and on the road by 10:30. Great people who were understanding of my being stranded a long way from home. They were very professional. The waiting area and facility were clean and appeared to be taking strong precautions to the COVID environment. More
