Oil Change. Tire Rotation I had an appointment for 3:00 for an oil change and tire rotation. I went into the building a waited for someone to help me, as no one greeted me when I had an appointment for 3:00 for an oil change and tire rotation. I went into the building a waited for someone to help me, as no one greeted me when I drove in, as they usually. I was told it would be 45 minutes to an hour for the service. At just after one hour I left the waiting room and returned to the service counter and Matt said he was just finishing up my paperwork. The car was ready. Service is not what is used to be, but better than the time I had an appointment and still waited 2 hours for an oil change. More

After Contacting My Sales Consultant Matt Foster the Issue was resolved by Service Technician Willie Chandler and Service Manager Chuck Oliver.
