Very disappointed with the service because I don’t believe the root problem was fixed. Went twice to resolve. Was offered nothing for inconvenience. Felt like because I am a woman they didn’t own trut believe the root problem was fixed. Went twice to resolve. Was offered nothing for inconvenience. Scheduled way ahead, dropped off our company 2016 Chevy 2500 Express Cargo van for 2 items. Dellen fixed everything I asked for. I was only disappointed when I asked why Chevrolet would charge me over $150 2500 Express Cargo van for 2 items. Dellen fixed everything I asked for. I was only disappointed when I asked why Chevrolet would charge me over $150 to do a software upgrade on a van that only has 19,000 miles. I understand it is a 2016 but I was hoping a call would have been made to Chevrolet to try and get this fee covered since I am a loyal Dellen customer and GM customer. Matt had the van done on time. I have had my 2018 gmc canyon in your shop 3 times for transmission shudder.. The first time you serviced the trans. The second time you flashed the computer. The 3rd time I had it in your shop you couldn transmission shudder.. The first time you serviced the trans. The second time you flashed the computer.
