They said they could help us get out from under the car we had even thought we were upside down on it. When they got back with my husband they said it would be 1200 a month for a 2015 suv. I had an appointment at 11:30. I was told it would be an hour wait. I was fine with that. However, at 1:00 my car hadn't been in the bay yet. I had a 1:30 appointment.
