Never looked at the problem I asked to be fixed. Asked for tires sensors to be reprogrammed and to see if tire slow leak could be fixed. Called me after almost three hours when I was waiting in lobby to t for tires sensors to be reprogrammed and to see if tire slow leak could be fixed. Called me after almost three hours when I was waiting in lobby to tell me they need to replace tire. Told them I would replace it with a matching one that they do not sell. They gave it back to me with out programming tires. I had to ask them again to look at sensors. They said they could not be programmed and did not offer solution. I left and went to Belle tire and they programmed it in five minutes. Three hours at your service department nothing fixed vs five minutes at tire shop. If zero was an option that’s what I would have rated you. More
