Great service from Mark. Called told want we wanted to look at had out front of office ready for us to test drive. Answered all of questions. We were pre-approved when we went in . We had to leave the car because the bank wasn't open and come back the next day . We told them we were having our family over for Thanksgiving the next plus we had to work morning shift at our jobs. Mark had all paper work do and ready for us to sign before we got down there. We live 45 minutes away from the dealership . I called him when we left told time we would be there we walked in signed papers . HE had everything ready made sure a finance guy was free we were in and out in a half hour. Which was great for us and because we get back home for our family Thanksgiving. Thank you Mark and The Dellen team. Your made our experience wonderful . More

I have had my 2018 gmc canyon in your shop 3 times for transmission shudder.. The first time you serviced the trans. The second time you flashed the computer. The 3rd time I had it in your shop you couldn transmission shudder.. The first time you serviced the trans. The second time you flashed the computer. I purchased a 2011 Yukon that was Certified Pre-own. The blindside warning did not work on the passenger side. I took it in for service.
