It’s been a rough service to say the least. I have had my truck in for all kinds of issues and zero my problem. It started with an oil leak which I was told nothing was wrong. I did the oil con I have had my truck in for all kinds of issues and zero my problem. It started with an oil leak which I was told nothing was wrong. I did the oil consumption test 3 times to be told nothing is wrong. Fast forward they found the problem again nothing I did. Then I asked to bring my truck in since my brake pad sensor came on. Guess I had to get the GM involved since nobody would return my call. I also had a wood grain panel on my drivers side passenger needing replaced which I ordered 6 months ago. So I had them replace my rear pads and the wood grain part was I. But guess what they replaced the wrong side. How does someone not see the chipped wood grain and replaced it with a perfectly good one. Still not fixed waiting on another part. I bout my truck new in 2019 and all I ask as a customer is to leave getting my truck fixed. Unfortunately that has not been the case nor to mention how many times I have had to drive my truck to greenfield which is not close and find someone to pick me up. I love my truck I just don’t understand how a company can treat customers like this. More
