Appointment was east to schedule and I was able to get a day/time that worked well for me. Waiting room was clean and inviting and offered coffee/refreshments. I don't know who Mark Hill is. I did not meet him. Matt was great. Anticipated what I wanted. Had the car ready to go. Very easy to work with. Made us feel comfortable. Ali I did not meet him. Matt was great. Anticipated what I wanted. Had the car ready to go. Very easy to work with. Made us feel comfortable. Ali was tied up for 45 minutes, so we had to wait for one prior customer to get done. My wife did not want to wait, but we did. That was the only negative. Ali streamlined the process and gave us easy, friendly explanations of each form. I got Matt's card to have my son call him when he wants a car next year. I did get a link to get my Carfax. That did not work. I get an error and Carfax has not resolved it. More
