The dearlership was very unorganized, I scheduled the date and time several days in advance so everything would be ready for a test drive and purchase, but nothing was ready. I got it home it leaked oil all over my driveway. I took it to a legitimate local dealership in my area and was told the rear main seal was leaking. They further stated that someone tried to address the leak but didn’t complete the work. I was told the mileage was 330xx miles when it was attempted to be fixed. That is the same mileage as when I bought it so Dellen Chevrolet tried to do the work. Then I tried to leave and the wouldn’t let me because of a recall on the back up camera. Took them 3 hours to figure that out stating because it’s was certified they couldn’t let it leave without the work being completed, but knowingly allowed it to leave with a steady oil leathe first time I drove it in the rain, water was dripping in the shifter. I was told by a reliable dealership that the windshield was replaced but not put in correctly. I have water stains on the head liner. The estimate is $3000 for a new headliner and $580-1000 to have the windshield removed and re-seated correctly. The 172 point inspection says the truck doesn’t have a sunroof but it does. So this tells me how the really inspect something. All in all this dealerships is a joke. I don’t recommend them to anyone. I may never buy a GM product again. I have contacted the attorney general’s office to report fraud because of the so called GM certification. What a joke!! More
Took vehicle in for oil change, unable to look at another issue vehicle was have. Made an appointment for that. Took them over 2 hours before the vehicle was looked at even with an appointment. Said would be 3 days for it to come in. It’s been almost 3 weeks and no phone call. Called service dept , no answer twice. Front desk took my name and number and no return call yet after 2 days! Not happy with their service department. More
Took 3 trips to resolve the check engine light issue, at the second visit it was thought that the fuel pump assembly needed to be replaced parts were ordered and I was charged for parts which is fair, howev the second visit it was thought that the fuel pump assembly needed to be replaced parts were ordered and I was charged for parts which is fair, however I was not called when the parts were received by the service department, I called a month and half later to confirm parts were in. When I came in to have the fuel pump assembly installed it was discovered that rodents had built a nest and chewed the evap lines leading into the gas tank, so a used gas tank was ordered and installed next day. Once the actual problem was discovered I was happy with the service just took a while to resolve the issue. More
Had to return to dealership to have air put in my tires as they “forgot”. Also, they no longer sweep out cars as others were “breaking” the machine so customers get the short end of the stick! as they “forgot”.
