Good car service, poor customer treatment The services my car received (tire rotation and oil change) were satisfactory. How I was treated as a customer was disappointing. My grandfather works The services my car received (tire rotation and oil change) were satisfactory. How I was treated as a customer was disappointing. My grandfather works at Dellen, and he and I both signed when I got my car. However, I was the one who scheduled this appointment and brought the car in, and I left my personal phone number for them to call when it was done. I was told it should only take 45 minutes, so I waited in my grandfather’s office during the appointment. After an hour, my grandfather called and asked if his granddaughter’s car was ready, and he was told it was on the rack. After an hour and a half, he got a call saying his car was done, even though I was the one who brought the car in and gave them my phone number. When I went to the service station to get my car, the two men working did not acknowledge me and kept working on their computers. After two minutes of silence, one of the men finally said he would be with me shortly. When one of the workers finally asked what I needed help with, he was shocked when I told him I was here to pick up my car. The paperwork he printed out only had my grandfather’s name on it, even though I gave them my personal information when I brought the car in. I understand that I am a young female, but being treated like a helpless girl who has no business at a car dealership is unacceptable. I am glad this appointment was free, because I would not be happy paying for service when treated this poorly. More
Excellent Customer Service Service Center was excellent. Ordered some accessories for my truck. Discovered that GMC had sent me an accessory discount right after my order. Dellen stepped up and honored the discount; agreeing that whether I ordered from them, or thru GMC, I should get the discount. They have my business for life! More

They were very transparent and helpful. I greatly appreciated the loaner car they provided, since it minimized the disruption to our lives. Matt even came running over with my garage door opener that I'd left in the loaner car when I returned it. Although needing car repairs is never a good thing, I came out of the experience actually feeling extremely positive and grateful to have them here. More

Awesome customer service! Took my Saturn in to get a radiator hose replaced. It's sometimes hard to get parts since Saturn's aren't made anymore. It was going to be next day before they could get the part, but they were able to find one later that day and it was replaced and ready to go same day! Have always had a great experience @ Dellen's! Nail in tire - patch repair Repair work was fine. Service Writer (Mark) started conversation when I picked the car up by telling me I need to make appointments online going forw Repair work was fine. Service Writer (Mark) started conversation when I picked the car up by telling me I need to make appointments online going forward. He did the same thing 2 weeks ago with this car for a Saturday oil change. I told him since this was an emergency, nail in the tire at 7pm the night before, I dropped it off. He told me about making appointments online 2 more times. He’s now told me that 6 times between the 2 visits in less than 2 weeks. I got a little heated with him at the time, and did tell him I can start taking my 2 Buicks elsewhere for service. He then spent 5 minutes trying to remove the temporary key ring from my key and had to ask another SW to remove it for him. Mike and Lloyd are great, by the way. But, I really do not want to deal with Mark in the future. Without him, this would have been a 5/5 rating. Because of him, I knocked it down to a 3/5 rating. More
