My salesperson was Caleb Wooley and he was friendly, helpful, and most importantly, genuine and sincere. I knew within a few minutes of meeting him that I would be leaving Dellen in a new car. Matt Grigsby in the finance dept was also very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I returned a week later to have the Luxe protection put on my new car that I am absolutely thrilled with and Caleb again was there to see that everything went smoothly - and it did! While I was waiting for my loaner car, Larry Weaver from the management team came and introduced himself and thanked me for being a customer.
