I knew right away......... I knew when I walked in the door that I was going to buy a Subaru from the folks at Delaware Subaru. I worked with Jim Colihan - there wasn't any pressure, I got direct, honest answers to my questions, he didn't try to sell me things I wasn't interested in. There were two other people involved with the sale, April Gambacorta (who I did not meet) and Dave Stanton, who did the paperwork portion of the deal.....which was painless ! Everyone at the dealership was courteous and attentive - and it seems sincere. The two best things about this experience is 1) I have NO buyers remorse and 2) I feel very comfortable that I have good a "car care" partner. More
