Magnificent Service I returned to Delaware Subaru because of a positive previous experience in 2014. Upon my arrival at the showroom, I planned only to acquaint myself w I returned to Delaware Subaru because of a positive previous experience in 2014. Upon my arrival at the showroom, I planned only to acquaint myself with options for a possible purchase at the end of 2018. My experience with Melissa McLuaghlin changed that very quickly. She was warm and accommodating. She really cared about me and my transportation needs and goals. There was no pressure from her at all. I liked that. She wanted to assist me when ready for a purchase. I quickly discovered that Melissa was offering a car (2018 Subaru Imprezza) that satisfied my "future needs" now. As an academic, I would give Melissa an "A+" in all aspects of the relationship from arrival at the showroom through the purchase negotiation. In addition, Jennifer Beamish (Finance) was most professional and "quick." I did not have to wait long to finance the car; she was ready (paperwork) from the moment that I entered her office. The negotiation went very smooth and Melissa, as well as the rest of the staff, did the upmost to make sure that I was happy and satisfied.
