Great Place, Awesome Team I am not your ideal customer. I come with a lot of baggage, and I really was not prepared to get a new car. I'd just tagged my old car for 2 years and I am not your ideal customer. I come with a lot of baggage, and I really was not prepared to get a new car. I'd just tagged my old car for 2 years and was hoping for the best while I let my credit score recover. Then life happens. I ended up at Delaware Cadillac, as I'd bought my previous vehicle there and they were great then. I sheepishly make my way in, knowing I've got crap credit, hardly any money- you may relate. But you know what? I didn't get treated that way. I felt my options were very limited, but boy did I get surprised. The team went above and beyond, and I walked out of there today very satisfied with the outcome, giddy with excitement that I've got a new (certified pre-owned) car! I feel safe, not worried about the other shoe to drop, etc. And you know what? I got more than 10x the car I felt my creditworthiness would get me. But when I say the team went above and beyond, this is no exaggeration. I started with Melissa McLaughlin- she could see that what we started with was not my cup of tea. She caught my vibe, and made me feel so at ease. She told me it was going to work out- and I believed her. Carl Labarca was also great. He teamed up with Melissa at times, explained things to me- like a person, not a child, and I know he means it when he says he likes to see a customer happy. Finally, to wrap the bow of this nice gift of an experience, John Danze comes along- he'd popped in on my first visit, just to say hi and give me some water- but later he contacted me because all my paperwork was ready on Melissa's day off. But he didn't just do that. He made sure I was happy with my end result. Did I have unanswered questions? He just wanted to make sure I was comfortable and pleased with my new car. It's cliche, but you do not feel like a number here. Thank you, Melissa, Carl and John. I cannot say it enough. More

Melissa made it happen! I always wanted to own a Cadillac. But something always got in the way - college, a house, kids. When I retired this year, we decided to just stop in and visit Delaware Cadillac. In very short time, Melissa made my life-long dream a reality! She (tactfully) evaluated our situation related to our wants and limitations and put us in a perfect 2013 certified pre-owned SRX. Because of Melissa (and Jen on the finance side), the buying process was relatively painless and, overall, completed to our total satisfaction. In today's world, I am seeing less and less emphasis and concern for customer satisfaction and customer service. That is not the case with Toni and any of her associates I have had to interact with at Delaware Cadillac. Everyone is always professional, friendly, helpful and appreciative.
