When I called the dealership I was to meet with one of When I called the dealership I was to meet with one of thre salemen . but due to an illnees I was handed off to Philip. I explained that I needed a safe and economical car. I told Philip that I do a lot of driving delivering papers at night so i needed something that would hold up. Philip at that point showed me a few cars and then helped with my paperwork. Now what set him apart from other salespersons was that unlike his counter parts , he stayed with me the whole time I was there. Even when he needed to speak to the manager Philip came right back. He didnt hang out in the office avoiding me. When Philip came back he explain to me that I was good to go but that He was sorry but I needed to come back the next day. I was late in the evening and the banks were closed. Had this been another saleman and had he treated me like I shouldn't have been there anyway I would have never came back. When I showed up the next day it was just as I had never left. Philip met me at the door ready to go and made this the best experience I had ever had at a car lot. Worse car dealing experience ever buying a car. The sales team was pushy and instead of wanting to try to deal with you they just want you to push a loan out to 75 months to get the payment down to meet your team was pushy and instead of wanting to try to deal with you they just want you to push a loan out to 75 months to get the payment down to meet your needs. They wanted to give me only what I owed on my truck that was in good shape. Couldnt even give me kelly blue book for the worse shape a truck could be in which was $3000 more than what they were offering. Then couldn't work on coming down on the price of the truck we looked instead kept it at full price. Go 1/2 mile down to Smails auto group they werent pushy and I got $4000 more for my trade in. Plus I had a preapproved loan for 4% but they got me a lower intrest rate yet which aloud me to take 6 months off the loan. More
