We traded in our Civic for $3000 and added another $2000 for the lease. We feel the price for the Pilot could have a little better and also the trade in value for the Civic could have been a little higher. This is because we had checked on what other dealerships had offered. Of course, we fell in love with the Pilot that day and with the salesman's expertise we didn't go home to think about it. Our lease is up in February 2021 so we'll be more prepared then to make a more conscious decision. As for the service that we needed recently and for a previous recall issue, it was excellent. More
