I did speak with Regina (my Svc Advisor); she did apologize and got me some additional info about the coolant. I just can't understand how I could lose so much coolant in a week after the service. When my husband checked it, the cap did not seem to be tightened all the way so the coolant could evaporate??? If the safety check is done right then I shouldn't have to check it. Does this mean I will need to verify before I leave now. Isn't topping off fluids part of the safety check??
