Pat was a great help, he knew the product and went out of his way to make sure I got the deal I was after. He showed me the cars in my range without pushing me into a car I could not afford. Everyone there was helpfull. The car is great. I have owned a Kia in the past and am impressed with how much better the quality has gotten. The price was great. Another dealer could not beat the deal I got a Deland Kia for a comprable car. I would recomend going to Deland Kia for anyone to purchase their next new car. More

I bought the car with the car care service plan that they had said it would cover all required maintaince. they refused to honor it when I brought the car in for service. I told them about the purchase but t had said it would cover all required maintaince. they refused to honor it when I brought the car in for service. I told them about the purchase but they refused to honor it because I did not have my cupons with me. I asked them to look in their computer in front of them but again they refused. The second time I brought it in for oil change I had forgot the coupons again, so again they refused. The 3rd time I forgot to give the cupons in advance allthough they were in my glove box and they rufused again. So I demanded a refund in full and they immediately took my car back and did a tire rotation and then said they honored it and refused a full refund. I have never been treated so bad in all my life. I would never reccomend this buisness to anyone. My car got damaged while there and when I if they had camers and was told no but I started looking and found many. When I asked to review the video they had then it was not in operation due to maintanance. Unbelievable. You make your on decision. More

He also has followed up several times to make sure everything is okay with my new vehicle and to make sure I all of my questions were answered. It great to see that type of service. The closing officer mr. Kiel was also very helpful. Overall deland Kia made me feel at home and really helped with securing my decision to purchase with Kia over other companies. I would most definitely recommend the dealer and the associates I encountered. More

We found Deland Kia through James Cameron's marketing efforts at the West Volusia Regional Chamber of Commerce. Deland Kia is a member of the Chamber and this elevated the value of this company. When I arrived at the dealership I was cheerfully greeted by Justin Specht. Justin was very positive and assured me that when we found a car he would get us financed. Right away he introduced me to Mason Mikell and he took me all around the lot to find the right car at a price we could afford. I absolutely love this guy he was patient and professional. All involved in the process Eric Nyaga, Foster & Debbie Zebuth were helpful and professional!!! Big Kudos to Management for the training of your staff! Pay them well they are worth it.
