My experience at Deland Kia was great. I walked in to the dealership looking for a specific car, with specific features and James got right to work. He did not try to sell me a more expensive car or try the dealership looking for a specific car, with specific features and James got right to work. He did not try to sell me a more expensive car or try and talk me out of the car I wanted. He just showed me all the models I was interested in and explained them fully. I was very specific on what I wanted my payments to be and he worked with me to get them as close to where I wanted them and still get the car I had my hopes on. We had four kids that were getting a little bored and hungry so he sent an employee to get them some food. We couldnt of asked for any better service and I would recommend him to anyone and my friend that was with me will be back soon to purchase a car from James at Deland Kia.
